Schuss open daily for lunch and dinner, Monday to Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. and Thursday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Upstairs open Thursday to Saturday evenings from May to October. Set lunch menu: €19.90. Tapas bar in the evening.

Established in Voiron since 1968, Le Schuss & l'Étage wine bar is a modern, trendy multigenerational venue with 30 years' experience. The establishment offers a café, brasserie, bar and wine bar all in one place. In the kitchen, a team led by Chef Pierre, assisted by Yoan, innovates, creates and revisits dishes to delight your taste buds. Enjoy authentic, innovative and generous brasserie cuisine. A wide variety of hot drinks, fruit juices and pastries await you at breakfast. You can even organize a brunch in a quiet, well-suited area. At lunchtime, you'll enjoy daily changing menus and suggestions, as well as a varied and well-balanced traditional brasserie menu. In the evening, let yourself be tempted by tapas and dishes to share in a comfortable lounge atmosphere. Every weekend, our DJs will keep you entertained until the wee hours of the morning. L'Étage de la Brasserie becomes a wine bar three evenings a week, offering you a cosy and convivial space. Here, you can discover the regional wines stocked in the in-house cellar. Les tapas proposées sont bonnes, nous avons eu une serveuse très à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Très peu d'attente et un cadre très joli. Il n'y a que des tapas à la carte, c'est original mais on peut rapidement en avoir pour un peu cher si on se laisse tenter par trop de choix.
