The traditional identity has been preserved in this magnificent Alsatian inn. Its dapper facade, the typical and careful decoration, the warm welcome... Everything is arranged to offer you a moment of conviviality. The chef favors local products and all the dishes are home-made! The flambéed pies of the Confrérie du Véritable Flammekueche d'Alsace are cooked on a wood fire, and the Alsatian specialities are of an absolute mastery. We recommend the veal kidneys in a casserole, flambéed with cognac and mustard sauce, and the home-made tiramisu.
