The hotel's allure begins with its stunning architecture and inviting ambiance. The Troisgros estate exudes a timeless elegance, seamlessly blending modern luxury with the rustic charm of Ouches. The moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
This restaurant deserves its 3 stars for 56 years without a doubt! The family is very nice especially michel, very down to earth and passionate. We came all the way from Manila to try this and it was worth the long journey. The food had a lot of technique , really good sauces and the cheese selection was superb. I suggest to do the tasting menu.
I would say this is the best restaurant as of to date that I’ve tried in Europe.
