Created in 1913, the cheese company of Saint-Bonnet refines and bases the fourmes of Montbrison and Ambert, the Fourmignonnes, mountain tomme.
Tour tours are organised to make the manufacturing process a reality. Rich in lessons on this flagship product of the forézien territory, they allow to understand the traditional manufacture of the aop AOP in Montbrison.
