Created in 1913, the cheese company of Saint-Bonnet refines and bases the fourmes of Montbrison and Ambert, the Fourmignonnes, mountain tomme.
Tour tours are organised to make the manufacturing process a reality. Rich in lessons on this flagship product of the forézien territory, they allow to understand the traditional manufacture of the aop AOP in Montbrison. From the observation gallery, you will discover the laboratory, the manufacturing room, the draining rooms, washing, refining cellars… Tasting and on-site sales.
