Green hills, forests for walking and the A89 (Pontcharra exit) which brings Affoux, a small village in the Monts du Lyonnais, closer to the Lyon metropolis. From the center of Lyon, it takes about 50 minutes to get from the urban hell to the paradise of Affoux and its inn in the heart of the village, which has been taken over by a charming couple originally from Reunion Island. Pierre-Ludovic Lachanat's cuisine is full of beautiful colors and flavors from elsewhere. Good meats, local organic vegetables, burgers and themed evenings to enjoy.
