From the first day, they are released in a grassy park, which they enjoy. Their flesh becomes firm and tasty... The snails are collected from September onwards. It is therefore best to visit the farm in summer, when they are fully mature. But to buy and eat the best farmhouse snails, there is no season and they are available in different packagings: fresh snails, in glasses, in parsleyed butter cassolette, in mini puff pastry, in parsleyed shells, but also in frozen quiche... Without forgetting homemade jams cooked in copper cauldrons, foie gras in boxes and farmhouse terrines. Jean-Paul organizes a Christmas market.
