At Rivollier, the tradition goes back to... 1930. Marguerite Rivollier used to treat gourmets to local charcuterie, brioche sausages and homemade quenelles, all of which have made the company's reputation. More than 90 years later, the best of tradition - the "home-made" - has remained, while benefiting from the best of modernity breathed into the place by a striking tandem: Norbert Tomas in the kitchen and Guillaume Voute in the dining room. A modern dining room, a terrace for sunny days and always the same pleasure to share moments of greed at Rivollier.
