DOMAINE DE BALUCE
Vignerons for 4 generations, the family focuses on quality: rational production, manual harvest in small boxes, strict sorting of clusters. Several national awards and selections of guides came to bear this search to do well. At Jean-Yves Sonnery every effort is being made to achieve this goal: reasoned wine production, manual harvest in small boxes, strict sorting of clusters. Rational viticulture offers three advantages. The first is to produce healthy grapes, guarantee the quality of wine, the second to preserve the natural environment by allowing natural regulation of vine parasites, and finally to respect consumer health.

A large thank you for this tasting of new Beaujolais, and for this meal winemaker. White, rosé and red, seen some of all colours, with a very personal preference for white was oak and red 2009 old vineyards.
Unfortunately not to have been able to watch the musical evening, has being something! Next year we will be served there earlier!
