MARIUS AUDIN MUSEUM
Museum housed in a handsome building, with exhibits devoted to the region's folk arts and traditions.
Housed in a handsome 18th-century building that also houses the town hall, tourist office and wine cellar, opposite the Beaujolais springs, this three-storey museum presents exhibits devoted to the region's popular arts and traditions (the home, agriculture, crafts, the classroom, the hospital and its winery). The third floor is entirely devoted to viticulture and the vine (cultivation, treatments, cellar). The reception room displays some of Beaujeu's ancient monuments from the Romanesque and Renaissance periods.
