LE COLVERT
This Mallard gives us wings for a gourmet getaway, just less than 35 km from Lyon, to the discovery of season flavors worked by a young 26-year-old chef William, who began sharpening his know-how at the Commarmond restaurant in Courzieu. Petit Smart loves her young professionals who start raising their business, especially when it comes to animating a small village like Bibost. Le Mallard is a café in the heart of the village's life from 8 h to 20 h with its large terrace opening onto the main square, but above all a restaurant on the floor in the tones of brown and anise with nappées tables and well-crafted bistro. Day menus full of fraîcheurs and flavours of market products, while the chef offers us a menu at 26 € with a homemade fat liver and his chutney of apples, followed by a Saint-Jacques shell or a kangaroo sauce with honey sauce, cheese and homemade sweets. And as we don't want to go from this beautiful house, we're still to take part in a soccer evening in all friendliness around a homemade hamburger/fries! This Mallard is one of our most beautiful (on) catches.
