DOMAINE DES TERRES VIVANTES
Since 1762, the closed yard farm is rooted in the Reliefs's reliefs and dedicated to vine and cereal cultivation. It is in this peaceful place in the breathtaking view of the Beaujolais Mountains that Marie and Ludovic cook the bread from their wheat in the kiln and vinifient the grapes. A legend tells us that here in the spring, the earth speaks, so it's so called living. The vineyard extends over the gentle reliefs of Blacé, in the heart of the Beaujolais appellation appellation. The vines are planted on a crescendo of silty land, followed by silt mixed with silica, then pink granite where the mother rock is à. Marie and Ludovic carry out rational production by following the Terra Vitis specification since its creation. The wine cellar is suitable for each plot. Hand picked grapes undergo three tris. The rare grain from ancient vines (73 years old) is isolated to be égrappé and made in a long maceration to give dense wines, concentrated, carved to ages 4 to 5 years. The other non-égrappés grapes remain in tanks for 7 to 8 days away from the air to keep the whole of the famous strawberry, raspberry, vine or iris flavours very characteristic of our Gamay grape. A wine to be discovered.
