Malgré 2 émails et 3 appels où nous a rassurer que le vol était réservé, notre surprise quand nous avon rappelé à 2 jours avant la date de vol car aucune nouvelles.
Le responsable nous a, selon lui "zappé", ceci après avoir essayer de dire qu'il n'avait pas de tout eu contacte avec nous. Mensonges? Tete en l'air?
En tout il trouvait ça amusant, pas d'excuses, pas de regrets.
Alors s'il peut traiter les passagers d'une telle manière, qu'est ce qu'il "zappe" au niveau de la sécurité? Pas bon signe et pas à recommander.
