It is no secret that the Auberge de Fond Rose lost its star in a red guide at the same time that it was sold to the Bocuse group. One has little relationship with the other, the restaurant being in "difficulty" before, but the Smart prefers to put "on standby" this address waiting to see the transformations announced. The chef's chef Gérard Vignat remains at the helm of the kitchens, a table that should look like a brewery, to the image of other cardinal points.

Globalement cher pour la prestation d'autant que le service était plutôt à côté de ses pompes ce dimanche : lenteurs, oublis...

Pas à la hauteur de la réputation, mauvais rapport qualité prix.

quality. Going to a restaurant with the name Bocuse, you expect a certain level of quality, but it was just average. I couldn't even finish my risotto.
