ATELIER DE CUISINE GASTRONOMIQUE JEAN-MARC VILLARD
A chef who is passionate about his profession, a magical place that opens up on nature, how do you not want to learn to cook and how do we not have excellent dishes in this context? Jean-Marc Villard is a recognized professional. A former teacher at the Paul Bocuse Institute, he also gave cooking courses for five years at Têtetedoie on weekends. Installed with his wife, training advisor, in their home, our chef made an extension, with a perfectly equipped professional kitchen in which he gives cooking courses. The concept is simple and delicious: we eat, we eat (what the chef prepared the day before, of course) and we take for two people what we learned to cook during the course. Man never misses good tricks, hand tricks and words to guide us towards success. In this beautiful kitchen on a garden of the Golden Mountains, we love to handle the pots and listen to a chef with whom one quickly sympathizes and who knows how to convey his passion (he can do so also in English). For groups, the chef organises Gourmandes meetings, around a whole menu. For seminars, it can accommodate 16 people by providing the equipment.
