Mon séjour récent à l'hôtel Mercure de Charbonnières-les-Bains ne peut être décrit que comme une expérience exceptionnelle. Cette réservation Staycation s'est avérée être bien plus que cela. Le personnel de l'établissement a su se distinguer par son service aux petits soins et sa compréhension hors pair. Même lorsque nous avons malencontreusement déclenché l'alarme en fumant dans la chambre, leur réponse a été empreinte d'une humanité et d'une générosité exemplaires. Au lieu de nous réprimander, ils nous ont transférés gracieusement dans une chambre fumeur, faisant preuve d'une gentillesse rare de nos jours.

Cette qualité de service empreinte d'humanité est, à mon humble avis, la plus précieuse de nos jours, à l'heure où les interactions robotisées et dépourvues d'adaptabilité prévalent. Si je pouvais attribuer une étoile bonus, je le ferais sans la moindre hésitation. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude envers l'équipe de l'hôtel Mercure pour avoir rendu ce séjour mémorable, et nous attendons avec impatience notre prochaine visite.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly service, great breakfasts and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant food and service were excellent. The hotel is walking distance to a restaurant but other amenities are scarce nearby. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of outdoor space to exercise them.

UPDATE: We have been to this hotel several times - it is convenient to VetAgro (veterinary hospital) and a surprisingly short trip into Lyon city centre. The restaurant food is very good and the service is excellent.
