CHÂTEAU-DOMAINE DE TALANCÉ
The de Talancé family acquired this magnificent estate and its vineyard at the end of the 16th century in the very heart of this splendid setting of the "Golden Stones". Château Talancé, renovated in the 19th century, and its 17th century chapel are situated in the heart of a sumptuous five-hectare park, sheltered from all eyes.
The Domaine de Talancé represents a total surface area of 50 hectares, including a 5-hectare wood, meadows and 17.5 hectares of vines. The predominantly clay-limestone terroir of Domaine de Talancé gives the wines a clear character, a very open style and a great keeping quality over the years. Among the estate's vintages, we should mention the Grande Réserve Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge (gamay noir grape variety) with notes of black fruit and the Closerie des Lys en Bourgogne Blanc (chardonnay grape variety) which exalts flavours of honey and ripe fruit.
