Saisons is an unusual Michelin-starred restaurant in more ways than one. First and foremost, because for the past 25 years, it has been an educational gastronomic restaurant, now part of the Institut Lyfe. Young apprentice chefs are trained by prestigious chefs, starting with Florian Pansin, who worked for Troisgros. The other unusual aspect is the Château du Vivier and its classical setting, where French gastronomic art shines.
