Vie & Veranda is a designer and manufacturer of customized, custom-made verandas, ready to be installed. Made of wood or aluminium, verandas enlarge the interior space, take advantage of the brightness and bring a touch of modernity to existing homes.

History. The verandas activity started in 1984 under the name Kit Véranda, in the Rhône-Alpes region. Guy Pinoncely and Mario Normand, two associate buyers, acquired it in 1996. In less than 10 years, they have transformed the small local artisanal company into a solid industrial company, renowned for the quality of its ranges of wooden or aluminium verandas. At the end of 2010, Guy Pinoncely handed over the reins to his two sons, Lucas and Frédéric, who created a new finishing line for wooden verandas and commercial subsidiaries in Ile-de-France and the PACA region. Thus, Vie & Véranda has become a prosperous SME well on the way to a global conquest of France. Its alternative offer of wooden or aluminium verandas is a double asset, on the one hand, to meet the different French architectural particularities and, on the other hand, to support the strong return of wood in construction.

The products. Vie & Veranda is the leader in wooden verandas. It also offers a wide range of aluminium verandas and pergolas, a resistant, design and lightweight material. It has also created a range of verandas with flat roofs that can be vegetated for nature lovers.

Employment. More than 250 employees and 2,000 verandas that leave the workshops each year. In 2017, the turnover amounted to 11 million euros.

The pluses. Vie & Véranda is part of a sustainable development approach: 80% of the wood used comes from "managed forests" and aluminium is 100% recyclable.
