Superb house of the XVIIth century which dates from the time when Juliénas depended on the chapter of Saint-Vincent-lès-Mâcon.
This superb 17th century house, built in 1647, with an Italianate façade, is unfortunately not open to the public, but can be easily admired. On the facade, very beautiful galleries with arcades. With its renowned vineyard, this Tithe House, listed as a historical monument, has been owned by the Folliard family since the 19th century.
