The 17-hectare estate covers 7 ha of Juliénas, 1 ha of Saint-Amour, 5 ha of Beaujolais-Villages, 1.5 ha of Moulin-à-Vent and 1.5 ha of Chénas, made from the gamay noir grape variety with white juice. The estate also produces 1 ha of white Beaujolais-Villages from the Chardonnay grape in Saint-Vérand (71), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne. Sylvain's arrival in 2015 brought a new lease of life. Traditional, parcel-based vinification is emphasized to develop the best expression of terroirs and the "vintage effect".
