CHÂTEAU DU BASTY
A family property since 1482, the Château du Basty includes 18 ha of gamay spread over the communes of Lantignié, Morgon and Régnié and a parcel of chardonnay, all worked using the "méthode raisonnée". The fifteenth generation is skillfully perpetuating the family tradition by combining it with modern techniques. The granitic soil associated with the Gamay grape variety produces wines with young, spicy bouquets, which are the originality of this terroir. A remarkable point of view, an unmissable address and wines that have won several medals in AOC Beaujolais, AOC Morgon or AOC Régnié, which are the pride of their propriétaires Gilles and Pernette Perroud, and delight the most discerning consumers.
