On the plateau of Condrieu, at the heart of the Pampilles farm, Mickaël Lemaitre raises more than a hundred goats whose milk is used to produce and transform farmhouse cheeses: Rigotte de Condrieu cheese with the Protected Designation of Origin, white cheeses in faisselle, dry or creamy cheeses. Direct sales on the markets of Caluire Montessuy on Thursdays and Saturdays and of Condrieu on Fridays for consumers happy to enjoy good local products in a short circuit
