Le Bouchon de l'Opéra is one of the most authentic of all bouchons. Stéphan and Florence have been based on the slopes for almost 25 years, and their philosophy remains unchanged, perpetuating the best of the bouchon tradition in a friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy local cuisine. In an unbelievable setting, with old-fashioned crockery, you can savour the dishes of an owner who is proud of his Bresse origins, with an unmissable gaude soup. Everything is homemade, from Lyonnais ravioli to pike quenelle. And if you're offered a Cuny, nothing gravelly, but an onglet with shallots!

La patronne n aime pas les réseaux sociaux mais je me décide à donner quand même un avis sur un des derniers vrais bouchons lyonnais. Le rapport qualité prix (et non le prix d un bon bouchon n est pas de 30 euros le plat ou 12 euros la tarte praline ) est dingue, le service en famille comme on aime et les plats.....venez y vite !!!! Du bon du beau du bistrot

Vous cherchez un petit bouchon sympa .n hésitez pas .familial service top lieu typique bouchon .bonne cuisine et prix correct .j avais peur sur les quantités à tort .entrée plat dessert 25 euros impeccable

Peut mieux faire. Presque tous les plats étaient trop cuits ..oeuf sur dans la salade lyonnaise, quenelle trop longtemps au four, et légumes trop grillés...
