You don't need a label to confirm that the Bouchon de l'Opéra is one of Lyon's most authentic bouchons. On the slopes, Stephan and Florence don't flatter tourists, but they do keep alive the best traditions of hospitality and cuisine. In an incredible setting built up over the 23 years they've been open, they've managed to retain that simple, popular feel that so many Lyonnais addresses lack. Close-knit tables for getting to know each other, conviviality without fuss, old-fashioned crockery and sincere cooking by an owner proud of his Bresse origins, with an unmissable gaude soup. All homemade, like this pike quenelle and this beautiful praline tart. Enjoy!

La patronne n aime pas les réseaux sociaux mais je me décide à donner quand même un avis sur un des derniers vrais bouchons lyonnais. Le rapport qualité prix (et non le prix d un bon bouchon n est pas de 30 euros le plat ou 12 euros la tarte praline ) est dingue, le service en famille comme on aime et les plats.....venez y vite !!!! Du bon du beau du bistrot

Tradicional Bouchon de Lyon, con un menú muy variado a muy buen precio. Sabores tradicionales, buenos productos y muy buena atención. Muy recomendable

Excellente adresse. Nous la recommandons chaudement, autant l'accueil, que la cuisine maison, que l'ambiance bouchon typique. Merci pour ce délicieux moment, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vous cherchez un petit bouchon sympa .n hésitez pas .familial service top lieu typique bouchon .bonne cuisine et prix correct .j avais peur sur les quantités à tort .entrée plat dessert 25 euros impeccable

Peut mieux faire. Presque tous les plats étaient trop cuits ..oeuf sur dans la salade lyonnaise, quenelle trop longtemps au four, et légumes trop grillés...
