Restaurant to enjoy an authentic home cooking in Lyon.
In this little street where you don't arrive by chance, this is undoubtedly the most picturesque bouchon where you can sample real Lyonnais cuisine. No false decor, but a bouchon "in its juice" that takes us back in time to 1885. 140 years that this bouchon, passed from cook to cook - Mmes Millet, Barbet, Dussaud and the iconic Arlette Hugon - to Paola who took over the business with Fatima, regales us with the best specialties of a house that wears Lyon's colors high. As befits an à la carte menu featuring Hugon's signature dishes, the famous chicken in vinegar or blood sausage with candied apples, accompanied by a Morgon wine. Divine.
