Under Verdi's gaze, there is a Provencal air over this warmly coloured address. Impossible to ignore the Verdi's terrace in this typical and pedestrian Italian-looking street, but the room responds impeccably. All the more so as the reception and service do not commit any false note! At noon, on the slates, the proposals rain from the dish of the day to the express menu formula. So, we settle down, and choose with enthusiasm to take a complete menu, because Philippe Bessard and his wife Emilie only propose home-made dishes, that's to say if it's good! On the summer slate, a fresh and complete summer salad, a salmon smoked in beech wood by the good care of the house, a pan-fried saddle of lamb steak with morel mushroom juice or a fillet of sea bream and its virgin lime sauce. Beautiful gourmet compositions and an evening menu elaborated with care, especially around the work on foie gras and home-smoked salmon. Beautiful symphony at wise prices.
