Firstly, Ultimo is an establishment that doesn't fit into any boxes. Somewhere between restaurant and bar, between Italy and more distant lands, it gives us pleasure to share without counting the cost. A pleasure that begins when you sit down on a lively terrace, in an astonishing room, and discover a menu that knows no boundaries. Excellent fresh homemade and organic pasta, with a particular fondness for bucatini al ragù, with melting pig, or bucatini alle vongole, served only on Fridays. Many other pleasures to be discovered in greater or lesser quantities, with Katsu sando and an affogato to be eaten jealously. A fine wine and cocktail list.
