Restaurant offering a cuisine inspired by nature in Lyon.
They're "bad" in name only, because everything at Les Mauvaises Herbes is very, very good. Just a stone's throw from the town hall in the 1st arrondissement, a vegetarian/vegan restaurant has sprung up that's going from strength to strength. Not in size - it's not big, but it's charming - but in the quality of its cuisine, now entrusted to Argentine-born chef Mariano, who continues the work begun by Emily. His bistronomic cuisine is ever more creative, with colorful dishes that never cease to amaze. Using seasonal produce, preferably local, the combinations reveal unique tastes. A selection of natural wines and beers to accompany these Mauvaises Herbes.

Un monde végétal tant dans les assiettes que dans la décoration. Ambiance calme et apaisante.
Des plats originaux et savoureux.
Une équipe aux petits soins (merci de m’avoir laissé le choix de la table dans la salle du bas avec mes béquilles). Service super efficace.
