In a rue Lanterne that lights up the heart of the Presqu'île, Le Butcher has been the benchmark address for world meat lovers since 2011. Le Butcher is a warm and inviting place, with an air-conditioned dining room in summer, where you can enjoy meats of exceptional provenance and maturation. And it all starts with a dry-cured Picanha de boeuf or Secreto de boeuf n°7 to whet our appetites. We then indulge in the house signature meat, Wagyu beef, which comes in a range of delicious cuts.
