Like other street-food dishes, maki can be served with any topping. A maki is a base made from a roll of nori seaweed surrounding white rice seasoned with sweet rice vinegar. A base that can be stuffed however you like! And therein lies the genius of Adrien and Etienne, who have invented the local maki. Quality French products: marinated salmon trout, pulled pork, fresh cheese... Ideal for takeaway, these gourmet pieces offer seasonal compositions, like these Indian Summer makis with marinated tofu and candied cherry tomatoes.
