At Roster, a brand created near Annecy and a hit in Savoie Mont-Blanc, we've made burgers a banner for alternative and underground cultures, particularly those who love snowboarding. If you're a skater from Lyon, this is your place, but everyone else is welcome at this address near Les Terreaux. Good local ingredients - even the potatoes are grown in Savoie - and sauces that drip copiously. Permanent recipes, including a veggie Redemption and a Lunatic that changes every week. Very good, with a preference for The Patriot, which gets us back on track.
