All chefs have secrets. Chëf's give the traditional doner kebap a contemporary flavor that drives us crazy! It's no coincidence that Chëf is opening a new address in the Monplaisir district (Lyon 8). It's because his kebap is a huge hit with all gourmets, vegetarian or not. In a soft loaf baked by an artisan baker (or in a bowl), the perfect combination of ingredients prepared in-house by a team of enthusiasts: grilled vegetables from local producers, home-marinated French veal or home-made seitan for veggies, crudités also marinated and delicious home-made sauces... Homemade cookies too. Marvellous.
