In the Rue de l'Arbre Sec, where a number of fine addresses are springing up, this Cercle Rouge has contributed to the revival of Lyon's fine dining scene by promoting a shared cuisine guided by travel. Having traveled extensively around the world, notably in Asia, the Orient and South America, chef Florent and his team offer a daring and creative cuisine with flavors from elsewhere. We start with a "signature" tataki of snacked and marinated beef. We continue with a pork char siu or chicken schnitzel, finishing with the Brazilian-inspired Quindim coco passion.
