The Place Fernand Rey is something of a postcard setting. It's breathtakingly beautiful, but not appetizing. At the foot of Les Pentes, Albert awaits us with its protected terrace and facade... with its unmistakable color. Two chefs, Johan and Arthur, answer each other's questions, one in the kitchen, the other in pastry. Their dishes are 100% homemade from top-quality ingredients, in the finest gourmet tradition: homemade pâté en croûte, fried soft-boiled eggs en meurette or veal kidneys thinly sliced a la plancha. Home-made profiteroles. Albert, happiness.
