If this establishment in the heart of Presqu'île is called Bouillon, it could also be called Brasserie. Bouillon and Brasserie share a menu with popular Lyonnais accents, but what makes us lean towards Brasserie is the extended menu and slightly higher prices. At this tastefully decorated Ecotable, you can enjoy a traditional mayo egg or a Charolais rib steak, as well as a "saucisse purée", the brasserie staple, cheesy coquillettes and a whole menu of Lyonnais delicacies, from Bobosse's andouillette beaujolaise to spoon-style pike quenelle. This brasserie also boasts a fine wine list.
