Chef Bastian Ruga and his partner Agathe Drevet in the dining room, sommelier Gordon Jacob and second chef Magalie Metzger are part of this new generation who, by shaking up codes and asserting their personalities, are creating a new gastronomy. Alternative, uninhibited, call it what you will, but above all, taste it! Plant-based cuisine featuring the finest seasonal produce in dishes as bewildering as they are enchanting. Blind discovery of dishes to be enjoyed to the accompaniment of a groovy playlist. It's the best thing that could have happened to us.
