And gobble, and gobble, and gobble... In a world without the covid, this refrain celebrates the joie de vivre that we experienced at the Flaconneurs that had just opened at our previous edition. Today, it's not the same and we miss this charming gurgling sound sorely as we write these lines. A bistro-restaurant created by Mathieu and Romain where you will soon come back to discover "vins d'auteur" unearthed by two talented hunters to accompany dishes composed of seasonal local products. Unpretentious home cooking: perfect egg, burratina, beef tartar, Iberian pluma and wine-making vacherin, but high quality products to share with friends.
