In a superb room bathed in natural light or on a rooftop with a panoramic view over Lyon, from the Opera to Fourvière, lovers of good things come to feast on cuisine made from quality products, most of them local. The menu changes every month, offering plates to share or not, with delicious combinations punctuated by touches of Lyon. There's a particular focus on vegetables, with roasted and lacquered salsify, as well as a black pudding snack. The cocktail and wine list extends the pleasure.
