Le Bouchon Bourguignon is the second restaurant in the beautiful Hôtel Greuze. Chef Yohann Chapuis excels at combining traditional and contemporary, terroir and refinement. In addition to his gastronomic restaurant, he offers a local cuisine that is both gourmet and convivial, to be enjoyed with friends over a good bottle of wine if you feel like it. It's Burgundian cooking with a few borrowings, as the name of the cork indicates, from typical Lyon dishes.
