There's no doubt that bistronomy has given a new lease of life, especially among the younger generation, to a refined cuisine that can now be enjoyed without any headaches. At Regain, you'll find a cool atmosphere in a warm dining room where people love to get together and share a good time. Regain is first and foremost a great team, with Thomas Rolland in the dining room, Sarah Roufi in the wine department and chef Benjamin Sanchez, who prepares Mediterranean cuisine based on seasonal produce from local suppliers and flavors from further afield, such as lamb from the Clavisy farm, chickpeas, cherries and lemon, or parsnips, maple, walnuts and parsley for a surprising dessert.

The set dinner came with more food than we expected and each dish was executed with perfection with locally sourced ingredients.
Don’t be deceived by the looks of the food.
While they may not score high on the plating, it makes up way more for the flavour.
I find the menu very down to earth and relatable - not over the top kind of presentation.
