A restaurant with a superb view where you can enjoy gourmet local cuisine based on local seasonal produce.
Semo is a commitment to peasant bistronomy. In concrete terms, this means that the vast majority of the vegetables and herbs cooked by chef Fanny Duranton come from the Semado field cultivated in permaculture by Raphaël Quentin in the Monts du Lyonnais. Meat and fish are also local to this "ecotable". Panoramic view over Lyon, display of jars on the staircase, table au naturel that treats us to gourmet seasonal dishes: confit of Haute-Loire lamb raviole, sliced milk with green fig leaf oil and red chili, coriander and sesame oil. Regional wines. Excellent value for money and commitment. Mille miams.
