Canopée, which refers to an ecosystem rich in biodiversity high up in the trees, is a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Lyon, also endowed with an incredible wealth of biodiversity. With the aim of bringing nature back to the city, Canopée invites you to discover its green walls and ceilings. A cuisine for sharing, with an emphasis on plant-based dishes, but also suitable for carnivores, with a lunchtime menu that makes Canopée affordable. Local and regional products from seasonal markets are used with taste. While you can choose from an à la carte menu, you can also opt for a tasting menu to be shared, for example, in a new adjoining room with exposed stonework and beams, which can be privatized.
