Restaurant with a highly convivial atmosphere in Lyon.
Long before the bistronomic movement, chef Frédéric d'Ambrosio had the intuition, the desire, that it was possible to offer sophisticated, even refined cuisine, while retaining the bistro spirit that makes this Lyonnais landmark so authentic. High, because it's at the top of the Grande-Côte, on the edge of the Croix-Rousse, with its slightly bohemian ambience. In a setting that mixes genres, from retro style to fun wallpaper to more contemporary lines, Balthaz'Art is constantly evolving to the rhythm of seasonal produce, while retaining certain classics such as the unmissable homemade beef tartare. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired!

A bientôt.
