Le Pélican is a bird, a beer, a cocktail and in Lyon an excellent cocktail bar. Aymeric Tortereau - winner of some fine cocktail trophies - makes the good classics and creates new compositions in the Pelican's beak, which houses nearly 350 bottles, some of them exceptional. Warm decor, but it doesn't steal the show from the stars: the cocktails. Before preparing your cocktail, the barman chats with you to get to know you better and suggest personalized "variations". "Signature" with the Gold Snapper. Originality with the cocktails and bottles to take away to drink with friends at home.
