For years, this butchery - a few steps from the Leo de Lyon brewery - authentic, traditional only has four owners. Eric Rantet, friendly, professional and efficient, has been off and advising us for seven years. Good Boeuf beef, pieces of choice, veal Limousin, tender and tasty to wish.
