For years, this butchery - a few steps from the Leo de Lyon brewery - authentic, traditional only has four owners. Eric Rantet, friendly, professional and efficient, has been off and advising us for seven years. Good Boeuf beef, pieces of choice, veal Limousin, tender and tasty to wish. From the good, the tradition for a she clientele, from the framework to the senior, by the active woman, the mother of family and her children and even the young student who comes to be happy by regularly buying a good florentine, not big, but so tender. The famous gourmets are busy late in the morning, because here we are never disappointed. We love and respect meat. Some classic caterer, plucked potato, spinach, dumplings Parmentier, dauphines apples, and lyonnaiseries: pig snout, calf feet… and a selected sausage: Lyon rosette, grilled sausage, pistaché, mountain sausages… Here you are passionate! Tournedos are not strapped, we don't hesitate to downgrade the meat to make a chopped steak or take the mouse mouse for a stew. No frills, simple deco, pure treat, that's sure.
