A young distillery already awarded the title of Best Pastis in the World for its Anis des Gones at the World Drinks Awards opens its boutique in the lower Pentes area. We've fallen in love with this address, where you can help yourself to a homemade red or blue pastis, as well as a whole range of spirits including a beautiful gentian, a pink praline ginissime, a cane molasses rum or a slightly "concon" drink for your cocktails. Bulk spirits (be careful not to end up in bulk...), workshops and distillation experiments in the basement. Online store.
