The origins of the house go back to 1885, when the first deliveries of the Maison Richard were made with a cart pulled by a mule. The manufacturing secrets of these cold extracted olive oils have been passed down from generation to generation. The main product is PDO Nyons olive oil, but there are also oils made from maceration (lemon, garlic, basil), walnut, hazelnut and roasted rapeseed oils, all pressed in the Montoison mill. The store also offers sweet and savory grocery products, as well as cosmetics.
