Restaurant proposing a kitchen composed of good products in Lyon.
If it's called that, it's because it was created in 1867 by Jura wine merchants. Originally a pot holder, the café du Jura became a cork 90 years ago - that's only one year ago - and passed into the hands of the Josserand family 50 years ago. Here's the story of this illustrious bouchon, whose reputation Brigitte made in the kitchen, now taken over by Edouard Baudin, who already shone at Val d'Isère, another bouchon with an unlikely name. Chef Vincent Julliand continues the best tradition with his seasonal pâté-croûte and Bresse poultry with morels. Diet will have to wait until you've tried Grandma's desserts. Perfect harmony between food and wine.
