Restaurant of greed and conviviality in Lyon.

At the foot of one of the new buildings of Confluence with the amazing metal facade, what a pleasure to discover Confluence Sushi. A stone's throw from Pôle de Commerces et de Loisirs de Confluence and the banks of the Saône, this restaurant brings its touch of delicacy and friendliness to the locals, but also to all smart people who are passing by. Opened by an alumnus of Sushi Shop, Confluence Sushi makes all its dishes using fresh ingredients, delivered daily. The menu temptatiously reinvents the classics we love: sashimi, california rolls, tataki, maki, gunkan and of course delicious sushi. At lunchtime, complete menus for only €11– the chance of a lifetime in the neighbourhood as far as the quality of the products is concerned– and in the evening, platters to organise an evening with your partner or friends. What is priceless and pleases Petit Futé, is the kindness of the owner of the place who can make the neighborhood more welcoming. Petit Futé recommends it.

première fois et sûrement pas la dernière dans ce restaurant. les plats sont délicieux, le riz cuisiné à la perfection. le seul problème que j'ai rencontré, c est le thon qui n'étais pas présent. d après le chef, peu de personne en prenne et comme le poisson est frais, il en jete trop. du coup il en a moins souvent. a part ça, je recommande vivement.

J'ai mangé ce midi j'ai même laissé un très bon commentaire car le responsable était adorable.
Le lieu calme.
Mais une heure après maux de ventre, sueurs, remontée de poisson passé, je passe ma soirée sur les toilettes....
Sans raconter ma vie je suis adepte des street food dans le monde entier et je n'ai jamais été malade. J'imagine une personne plus vulnérable.
Fan de sushis, je suis vacciné....
