Welcome to B.L.O., where the excellent Frédéric Bello, a butcher by trade and passionate by nature, and his team prepare and serve the finest cuts of meat, cut to order and cooked by an expert chef. In a room far from the clichés of the butcher's shop, everyone chooses according to their desires: mini beef tartare with caviar, matured beef of the day, blanquette of veal with morel mushrooms or Kobe filet, all served with fries or seasonal vegetables. Even rarer cuts from the cellar, such as this Wagyu, Rubia Gallega or Frenchy, depending on availability. Excellent wine list.
