Dad's 5 Commandments:

Eat French
All our meat is of French origin, from the Limousin breed selected and followed by our butcher Eric Cochet who makes sure to deliver the best parts of the animal with a maximum of 10% fat. The vegetables are produced within a radius of less than 200 kilometers and delivered every morning in their beautiful wooden boxes that Dad inspects from the first tomato to the last mint leaf!

Gourmet eating
A burger is tomato, pickles and salad. But even if Donald doesn't like it, Papa's burger is also made with beets, corn, candied onions, arugula and carrots. At Papa's, we dare to be daring, we marry goat cheese with honey, munster cheese with cumin and candied onions: flavors come first. Months of fine-tuning were necessary to create the 8 burgers that make up Papa's menu.

Eating fresh
The ritual is now well oiled: every morning at dawn, Papa goes to carve the 9 raw vegetables that he offers in his burgers, prepares his homemade sauces, receives the breads baked during the night by his baker, and chops on the spot the delicious meat that he serves in his burgers. Dad has struck two words from his vocabulary: frozen and microwave. You won't find them in his kitchen or behind his moustache. If your burger looks fresh, it's because it's assembled with same-day ingredients.

Eat fast
Fifteen minutes to go before meeting your boss, eyes glued to the open space clock? No problem, at Papa's you can be in and out in 5 minutes with your burger bag in hand. We are committed to serving you as soon as possible and to preparing each burger before your eyes. Eating cool
Papa's is a lot different than Mom's: you eat with your fingers, you talk loudly, you laugh, you put your elbows on the table without being scolded.
